There's nothing that we do that Amazon/FedEx/doordash can't do. Many UPSers are too full of themselves to admit it though.

I’ve never heard one person say that.

I have, however, heard them say that those other companies pay their people sub standard wages and have no healthcare and no kind of retirement. Some of them are even basically gig jobs.

If you’re OK with that being in the future of everyone, I guess we should just stop fussing and fighting for a better workplace.

Yep, we don’t run the company. At one time there was management who made decisions that were for the benefit of the customer.

I’ve said for years once our company started treating the customers like they treat us it was gonna get bad quick.

What’s always separated us is our service and professionalism.
