That is about what it would have cost me. To have $400 heater installed.

We needed some new piping and an expansion tank. I wasn’t messing with it.

That is a rough looking picture of me lol 😂 I don’t take good pics

Good morning! How are you? I see my comment isn’t showing from my post above. Oh well.

Absolutely

Late air again...

Remember these? The first NDA labels, we had to tear off the top copy and bring them back. Now the company seems to not give a damn about service. I went to the post office yesterday and paid $33 to mail an overnight letter to the IRS. I was afraid to look up what UPS charges these days.

For a new HW heater?

I guess 23 years was a good run.

How many gallon unit was that?

Twenty three years is really good. Did you annually flush the unit? Most don't bother to do that or change the rod. Our unit has an electric anode rod, won't corrode, water stays odor free if any sulfur is in the water.

I did get ...... today. The once a year birthday sex.

Out here those rods make your water stink even after the water softener system you have to remove them....weird.

That’s because you’re drinking swamp water!

I beg to differ, my well is 80 feet down and test's very good. You keep drinking the chemicals the government is feeding you in your city water. Been here 30+ years and had maybe two small cavities....my kids? None. So tell me again about the Fluoride I need in my water?
