I did call my on road. It was the least of his worries. Don't even think he understood what I was saying.

What's your guys honest opinion on this.. No trolling.I got this city municipal building on my route.. It's one address no different suites or businesses inside the building. Just different names on the packages.So lately they started pulling this thing where they say "this goes upstairs".I was like okay great call them and tell them to come get it. They are saying it's my job to take it up there.I said lady it's just one address and one business. I don't have time to walk around the whole building trying to figure out what goes where.Turned into a whole argument. Nothing bad was said just confrontational. Am I in the wrong or right?
I once had a company that tried to do this to me. Since it's one company I simply told them that they have one delivery point and if they didn't want to accept it then I will send it back as refused. But I did tell them they were welcome to call my supervisor and tell him to make me deliver it where they say; and if he tells me to do that then I will go with his instructions lol. It seemed to settle the issue and we got along fine after that

He's a good supervisor it's just there's so much going on these days the last thing they have time for is an actual driver-customer issue.
I really do feel bad for them sometimes. One time recently I could tell the guy was so stressed out before start time and I told him I feel bad for him. He said "you have no idea I wish my only concern was worrying about the packages in my truck "
