Fortunately for me, the gym is 5 minutes down the street.It has a full lap pool, therapy pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, walking track, yoga, and every piece of equipment you can imagine.The best part is after turning 65 and going to Medicare, my gym membership is free. The center is tied into the local hospital systemand by using their Medicare supplement plan gives me that benefit. The bummer about it being a rehab center for the hospital is their
are a lot of rehab patients (some of whom) are hard to see. If I don’t workout or swim, I at least walk the track and then ride a bike.I use the hot tub every day which is freaking great and go back most evenings to use the sauna. Not too many hot chicks.... but enough.✌️
