Recently I seen 2 retired drivers.
One has been retired for about 4 years and the other about 2 years
They both got so fat I barely recognized them.
That scares me a bit.

I think a diet change can be difficult for many.
You gotta hit the gym or keep up with your steps.

Most package drivers gain a lot of weight right after they retire. It takes a while to adjust to the slower pace. I gained about 40 pounds the first year then spent the next year getting rid of it.
Feeder drivers are already fat so you don't see much difference.
