I kinda missed that part …that he would be separated ..Will he stay in some capacity as well …I really thought he was leaving active etc ?
He's never been active duty, he's always been in the Reserves. He deployed twice to Syria with two different units 689th and 388th I think, both Combat Engineer units and he did funerals for the Army while here so that gave him his credits like he was an active soldier. He's staying in to get his twenty then can get a retirement from the Army and twenty year with the FD he can retire at 50 years old with two great pensions.
My part time job is for the most part easy, but it does have its moments.
I been actively looking recently …really not for the money ..just something to set a mindset to …when I was younger …had many connections etc ..that I could call up …getting old don’t feel like even asking lol

Guy I know took the latest buyout so I called him Friday to see how he was...been out for a month now, gained a ton of weight already, drinking 6+ beers a day, I said dude you gotta find something to keep you away from the beers and food for at least a few days a week.

Haven’t gained a ton of weight ….lost a lot of muscle weight though …I still lift on a degree at work but let’s just say it takes me longer lol

I gained some weight, but that downfall started when I went into feeders. You have to gain at least 15 pounds in feeders or they disqualify you.
My Sis just had a Birthday …
