They deny you. Then you gotta fight them. The only company that I had that didn’t was Amica, but the premiums were higher than everyone else. I ended up dropping them.

The problem here is even if you do file a legit claim they deny you, force you to take them to court then have to pay attorneys fees out of the settlement you do win, which in return leaves you not enough money for the repairs you filed for. Fucking joke.

It’s actually not that bad here. It’s like it was 20 years ago back there. Not to much going on here unless you live in the north, forest fire danger. I know someone that has a second home in Prescott, it’s right in the Coconino National Forest, beautiful area, like northern NH, I was just there in April. Their insurance company wants 20k a year for homeowners.
