Our center is down the road from a work release correctional center. For a summer, we had a catalytic converter getting stolen like once a week. We've got cameras on the lot now, but I never found out if they caught the guy.

There are 3 big recycling places near here but one is where everyone goes to sell stolen stuff. They melt it down almost immediately so unless the cops are watching them they can't prove it.
