The company’s new directive is to make sure you’re only keeping the bulkhead door open 15 seconds, they are threatening, progressive discipline if it’s taking longer than that.Doesn’t matter if it’s a dock stop or a bulk stop, apparently they want people to have heat related issues in the back of these trucks.They continually make sure they show no concern for their workforce Safety.I look forward to making them look like fools for this one size fits all directive.
