On another note, this company is so stupid. They paid a driver out all his vacations at the beginning of this year. They put like $12,000 in his account for unknown reasons.
He told management they said they owed it to him and he’s still getting paid his vacations as scheduled lol
I told him to keep that $12,000 in a separate account. smh

I hope he notified his center manager of the overpayment in writing. When you notify them in writing if they don't make a correction in 5 days the money is yours.

Fantastic. I had an overpayment and notified my cm in writing. On the paycheck that came 6 days later the money was taken out. I then filed art 17 requesting penalty cause my paycheck was short. He was pissed! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Idiots
