Appliance manufacturers all use the same few suppliers for electrical components.
The biggest problem now is not having surge protection installed. These power surges fry components.
Not sure what a flock camera would have anything to do with returning a defective product?

Lowe's didn't want to refund our money saying store returns must be within two days.

I don’t even think I knew it stopped working. I just knew it only had a 48 hour return policy, which is ass.
I buy most things at Costco so this idea of that type of return policy is completely foreign to me.

My retriee insurance with Teamcare payed for everything. No questions asked.
I believe the problem with this stove is there isn't enough insulation between the heating element and the control panel. It set up fine and all the buttons worked, what happened is we used it once, it got hot and some how cooked the controls panel.

So some sound advice...Do not buy any appliances from Lowe's. We ordered a new stove that came in Monday and I picked it up as we are redoing our kitchen. Installed it yesterday and used it once last night now the hand touch control panel quit working, so we call Lowe's and ask about fixing it or getting an exchange....sorry you only have 48 hours to return a product. WTF? So I tell them fine come get your shit I haven't paid for yet I'll be contacting my credit card company and have them tell you to pound sand. So ok we'll come pick it up.

I bought a power washer that someone had returned it looked brand new didn't even have gas put in it and they told me that was a 48 return item which I totally understand, but no one said a brand new item and we sure didn't see it mentioned anywhere. Apparently Home Depot has the same policy.
Glad I kept the old stove.
