Actually I put $20,000 down and financed $16,500 through Delta Community Credit Union. With the stock market doing well I didn't want to take more than $15,000 out. I got $7000 for my 2015 Mercedes C300 I sold to a retiree I worked with the same 45 years I did. I had it shipped from Daytona, Carmax wanted 5.4% to finance and Delta gave me 4.19%. I'm still trying to figure out everything on the car. I couldn't find the dipstick on it, turns out it doesn't have one. The dash displays it down to a tenth of a quart. No CD player, so I'm going to have to break down and record music. I already had XM/Sirius, but it seems I spend more time changing stations to find something I like. Their station order kind of sucks.
I stored a bunch of music on USB sticks for my car. I already had tons of music on my computer. I don't listen to the radio enough to justify paying for satellite radio.
Besides new cars being so complicated they are all different so its a big issue learning the details of your new car. For mine I downloaded a PDF of the manual for easy reference. I'm at the point where I know where the important buttons and settings are but I still need to look up things at times.
Easier device means more stops.

What they said was the DIAD would be "just as fast" as the old way but not faster. Yet time allowances still got slashed.
Because the allowances are based on cost, not performance. They had to pay for those new $1400 machines!

I remember them straight up telling us "this will make your job easier so you'll get more stops"
The jobs report was supposed to showing about 70 or 80,000 extra jobs added instead we lost 23,000 jobs so almost 100,000 job swing of losses and still the stock market is up? Bizarre world
