It's rendering fine here. I'm guessing cellular has issues as soon as there is ANY instability in the signal, and we probably just abort the tweet render.

I think it is an issue with his browser. Firefox tends to block twitter links but it has worked fine for me with several other browsers.
Or it could be an issue with his phone connection like you said.
