A feeder buddy of mine told me that one of his TDP pickups they missed 4 pallets of packages that were put on a unload door at 3:00 pm and for some reason got put into the empties lot and lost for a few days. Then same customer sent a bunch of NDA out which they again lost and didn't show back up for 3 days.
WTF?

My center just lost half the contract for a gun distributor.
We'd fill a supervan full of cheap ass shotguns every single night. But they dispatched the route that did the pickup so badly it started getting done with the package car portion at stupid times, and we pissed them off doing their pickup late.
Apparently as of a couple weeks ago, now Fedex gets half.
That one pickup probably paid for a quarter of the center's drivers. Absolutely insane.
