Capt Cals Cove in the 70's was a marina by the Jupiter inlet, guy was a charter boat capt and a Coast Guard auxiliary. Those guys found tons of bails back in the day...anyway he died and they sold the place now it's a bar frequented by some country singers who live near by and also by Jimmy Buffet when he was alive. Recently had a carry out pulled pork dinner from a local farm market/deli. Three different types and there was a lot.
Barbecue, with dressing and gravy, and with sauerkraut. All delicious, but I was “porked out” after 2 days.
They have stuffed pork chops, pirogies, and cabbage rolls this weekend. Damn.
