Wow
And
WDFD
How could I forget, the row from my mooring back to the launching ramp was brutal.
That felt like the longest row of my life.
Into the wind the whole way.
I was exhausted, luckily my helper waited for me and did all the work of putting everything away.
I just took a pain killer because I know something will be hurting soon.
Uncle Baba
Under 50 miles a day?
Thatβs Legendary
Legendary? More like retarded.
What kind of asshole/idiot stays on the same route for 39 years? I can say this and I'm sure most will agree....you get more seniority....you get a better route. There is no fucking way in GOD's creation I would've ever stayed on the first route I had.
SMH.

You start out on garbage routes but once you move on to a better one there are advantages of having a route you could do in your sleep.
I dont get it
I'll try to break it down for you.
One rows a boat, in my case from the spot in the ocean where I placed a mooring { a large metal object with ropes and heavy chains attached to it } that secures my outboard motor boat when I'm not using it.
I have a row boat made of plastic and quite seaworthy, which I use to move myself and supplies between the shore and my moored boat.
I use two wooden oars for rowing, with myself being the motor.
Normally, it's a pretty quick method of travel.
But today with the wind gusts over 22 mph, rowing directly into the wind was brutal.
There is no alternate path to use.
At times I felt like I was going nowhere.
