What the shippers do now is use two vessels to move the oil; one to travel thru the Straits of Hormus into the Gulf of Oman where a transfer of cargo takes place to another vessel to finish the journey.

When I started it was a lot different and a much more friendly environment. We worked a lot more reasonable hours and had time to hang out together outside of work if we felt like it. Sometimes even with management. That changed to where you hardly knew most of your coworkers and had little interest in seeing them outside of work.
