Once they are in the program, the company and Union are out of the loop until it’s completed.
After that, it’s just signing off on the RTW. That’s been my experience and in compliance with the contract.
But, you and I both know.... what a bunch of slippery fucks they can be. Just say’n.
They are “supposed” to schedule those tests.... as not to interfere with your normal work hours.
If not.... they should be adjusting your dispatch.

Far af. It's an extra 30 minutes of traffic past the building. I don't care about the actual test it just fucks my day over every time because I end up showing up mad late to work.
That was my concern …how long do you have to do that ? I knew a few brothers that had to go through it but never asked to much etc
