Its not worth anything except the value to me. I was guilty of keeping a few cars longer than I should have.
I used to be the same way, keeping them until the last minute.
But once I retired my goal was to replace my trucks every 5 years.
Reality now dictates that I will probably require me to keep them longer, until their quality issues are resolved.

I'll let you in on a little secret--------that is going to be EVERYONE eventually----including you --------if you are lucky enough to live long enough. Statistics show that if you can avoid dying in your 20's -just see how many rock stars die at 27-28- you should be good until you reach your 50's. For some reason lots of people die in their 50's. If you make it into your 60's you should be good for at least your 70's and maybe until maybe 85--IF you are damn lucky. .

Odd are good I'll make it to my 90's.
I came from a family of 13, so far only one died as a child, one before her 50's and a brother who was in his 70's , that should never had tried to shovel snow one Sunday Evening.
I currently have 6 siblings in their 80's.
The ages range from 87 down to 67.
