We had a steward get fired yesterday for distributing union literature outside the gate while he was off the clock. There's some backstory of course that the company hates the guy because he is an effective ball busting steward. There's really not anymore to the incident than that tho. They fired him for 'violating every UPS policy' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I guess they have no clue why they actually fired him and will try to narrow down some sort of justification at a later date.
