And if @unionstrong tries to make a joke about it... Permanent block list. And I don't want advice or anyone to feel sorry for me. But some days I just can't gather myself to go to work.

I'm no expert, but I don't think you can get FMLA for what you're describing on here, what it may get you is Baker acted.

All seriousness, check yourself into a place and get some help. Fill out a disability and you should receive some pay and keep your insurance.

I have FMLA for my heart condition. It was just intermittent. Not something that's supposed to be used for more than 4 days in row so it got flagged.
