Half inch of clearance. Had to take the windowsill out. Ashley is the only one that sells it.

So far so good. Everything else we looked at was too big to fit, or you only got one seat between the chaise and L which doesn't work. All the covers are removable and machine washable which will be nice with the kid coming.
