I had a Workhorse that had a problem with the turn signal return spring falling out 3 or 4 times a year and shorting out the horn.
... unplug the horn and write it up.
Rinse and repeat.

Freightliners aren't any better
They all come from the factory with long lists of known issues and expect the center mechanics to fix them.
Doesn't work very well when there aren't enough mechanics left to do any more than periodic maintenance.
