The problem ends up being when both parents work fulltime and your kid gets a runny nose and daycare says come get them they can't be here sick then what do you do? UPS dam sure isn't going to be compassionate. My wife gave up her job to stay home and watch kids because we got tired of paying for daycare and they wouldn't let them go because they were sick.
Usually something like that tastes like crap and is trying to generate sales by the hype.
