I used it because I couldn't get a tooth fixed, or pulled while on blood thinners. It was killing me. It helped my gums, and killed the pain also. It's fine now.

And that's fine. I just had no choice, so I went homeopathic. And it won't replace cleanings and general oral health products, but used sparingly, does help.and i didn't make a paste, just brushed with regular, then brushed with baking soda, then swished with peroxide.

Whiter teeth are nice but healthy teeth are more important. You don't want to strip off the protective enamel

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I can't get a dentist to touch me until I get off blood thinners. I was due for my checkup when I had a heart issue..so for now I'm just trying to keep them healthy.
