Dude owns 5 acres in a pretty up n coming Detroit suburb...one acre lots next to him sold for 100k two years ago.
So I'm trying to convince him to chunk it into 5 1 acre lots, build a single story 1200 square foot attached garage, 36 inch doorways, zero barrier shower, etc. Retirement pad. He'd make a half a million plus get a brand new pad.
On top of that I'm trying to convince my wife to let me pitch this idea to her - me n another driver right ahead of me take the lay off this spring and go down there and build a place on one of those one acre lots and we make $$$ too. She don't like that idea.
