I have a suggestion on how to cope with the mess in Minn.
Pull all federal employees from the state , declare the whole state a NO GO Zone and tell Tampon Timmy that he's in charge of it all.
What I mean by all federal employees ; all working federal employees, all LEOs, USCG, all military , & Food Health Inspectors.
