I think the majority of us care, if at least for no other reason that we all understand we’ll be there one day too. The union is not a for-profit organization, but unfortunately, it does have a bottom line. It’s just reality.personally, I believe healthcare and pension will be the next big fight in coming contract.
Could get ugly. Any of the young guys on here need to be prepared what happens in the next contract might affect you the rest of your life even after you leave. ✊
