I live in a Condo. They do everything and are real good. But.... you pay for it.
Here's the thing. Correct me if I'm wrong but you're from a place where it snows a lot. Here on the east it's not really like that. It's lot of transients in here that don't know how to drive and react to it. So even if we get like 2 or 3 inches everyone freaks out.
