They didn't do much for me bust that was mostly because the company respected the power of the union so didn't try to play games very often. When I did have an issue most of the time the steward was a company kiss ass who was less than useless though.
Also the union was of absolutely no help when I had issues when I retired.The people at the local couldn't seem to understand the differences between UPS and other Teamsters and the BA was a total piece of shit. According to him I was the first person ever to have problems and he would do nothing to help.
