I would. I'm lucky to be on the top floor of my building. 5th floor. So it stays at like 65°. If I had to be running the heat all day I'd be pissed.

I'm getting sick of this place though. Best part is the location. It's right in a really cool downtown area and my view is awesome. Can walk outside and be right at all the bars and restaurants.
