I couldn't afford to change careers and start a new pay progression without it. If they are really going to offer $150k that would supplement my income the first few years. It opens the door to an opportunity worth exploring. If I actually get accepted I'll take a look at the benefits package and really have a think about what's best for my family.
Do you at least have 5 years at UPS?
