Still, lower membership in the union, along with lower dues will hurt. Not to mention pension contributions.

Nobody wants to work
No one wants to work hard. Even though the benefits, pay and retirement are excellent. They’re too stoned, still living at home or they want to be influencers on the internet. The millennials, most of them, are the last generation with any real ambition.
Unfortunately, we had 4 years of horrible democrat policies that has discouraged them, especially when it comes to interest rates and home prices.

Yep. Some act like they’re this giant monolith of a union. 1 million members? Lol. All of us that have worked for UPS over the last few decades have been spoiled. We were lucky to have a secure, excellent paying job, great benefits and a pension. Some have cried about maybe not getting the tax break on OT. Do you hear what you’re saying? We got OT after 8! The majority of the working class doesn’t get it till after 40! Can you say “out of touch”?

UPS is Smart with this plan. They get rid of as many of the old guys who know what they’re doing and know the contract.
When I started, it was a lot of those old dogs who passed on knowledge those old dogs won’t be around anymore to pass it on because they’re gonna take their money and leave.
That could severely weaken the next generation.
Either way I firmly believe this generation’s time to stand up is coming quick. Will they stay together?
