Yawnit’s got nothing to do with our contract. It has to do with the world changing (robotics and automation and our company leaders chasing different volume specifically in our case) everywhere they’re laying off which is so happen to have such a good contract that the company is going to give us $150,000 to leave where as companies like FedEx or just going to tell their employees, goodbye.
