What’s your opinion on him? I was planning on voting for him again but maybe I’m missing some important info or someone better?
I have mixed feelings. He has done some good things in his tenure but has left a lot to be desired as well. What aggravated me the most is he signed a mou before our contract ratification vote but didn't disclose the mou to the members until after the contract was ratified. It ended up really screwing my local specifically.
I haven't decided how I will personally vote yet but Sean winning is a foregone conclusion.
He got us some really good stuff but no job protection.
A lot of the younger people may be looking for a new job.
How do you get job protection? It's their company to run into the ground as they wish, there isn't much to be done.

This mou wasn't available to the membership until 8/27. Notice it was signed a month earlier. Why didn't he let the members see the mou he signed before they voted on the contract? Because it created a loophole where the company could continue to work drivers 6 days a week and if the membership knew about it they would not have ratified the contract. He's never answered for it, when drivers in my local called the IBT to ask for answers they turned off the phones!
