Yes Sir. Retired late 2024. But....I would still be working today as would many of the other recent retirees had we known a non-negotiated contract violating $150k was coming down the pike. Absolutely a separate agreement between the employer and employee that contradicts a major provision of the CBA.

My retired buddy would completely disagree with you.
He has been retired for almost 2 years.
He called me and said I should have stayed .
I said really? He said fuck no. This was the best 2 years of my life, no stress and he says he feels 10 years younger.
