A lot less. Not at first.... but when you realize you don't have the stress anymore.

Too easy to fall into the trap of drinking all day when you can start every morning. Far better to not start that crap and limit how much you drink.

I've never seen that one.

They don’t have it at Aldi dumbass.

Hi

B

That part scares me.

What really helps me is going to the gym and (unbelievably) walking the treadmill, ridging the bike,
lifting weights and swimming laps. Even better.... the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. My body has
suffered damage from being at UPS too long. Day drinking is the rarity.

After a while your body will heal up quite a bit. I seldom need to pop ibuprophin first thing in the morning now.

I realized, now is the time to stay healthy. Getting old sucks. It would be a waste to make it through the
war and get the prize.... only to accelerate your demise by over-doing it.

You want to retire while your body is still functional enough for you to enjoy retirement. Staying too long chasing extra dollars is a big mistake.

What sucked for me.... is I had my 30yrs in at age 49. Couldn't get retiree insurance until 52.

And then, the pension amounts kept going up....

Trust me a few more years would make a big difference on my pension.

But with the buyout, what i have saved in my personal retirement accounts and social security a littles ways down the road I should be just fine.

I've worked really hard to stay out of debt unlike many of my coworkers.

Maybe you should try it…

Maybe you should go fuck yourself?

I'm glad I stuck around for the pension increases and took SS at 62.

Could have done better over the years personally, but you gotta deal with life sometimes.
