I wish there was a way you could just submit a call out via text or through the portal. I hate having to call. My OMS is chill and she answers but it's just embarrassing.
They make it as hard as possible on purpose. You have to call and hope someone is answering the phone.

Yeah I was in the shower and my arms and hands went numb and my fingers started curling up uncontrollably. And it lasted for about 10-15 minutes. And even today my hands still feel a little bit numb.
