Hendrickson is old and white. I wouldn't have wanted either him or Crosby for the price tbh. The shit the Ravens did was horseshit though. I don't like their owner now that he's coming into the spotlight.

It's worth what anyone is willing to pay for it. I paid $85,000 for my house brand new in 1993...could sell this shithole for $650,000 tomorrow. Not my fault.

And even with your $650,000 you can’t sell it and go anywhere else comparable so it’s not so much an asset as it is an anchor .
I paid 200 K for my house in 2006 its worth close to 600 now. I can’t sell it and go anywhere for less money. And I have the “benefit” of property tax that go up every year for as long as I “own” it.

Dude yesterday I was this neighborhood with a million pipe stems.(New one since they're cutting routes). I walked every single one off. I keep getting those annoying letters in the mail from people willing to buy my house for pennies on the dollar
I agree I could easily sell my house for a lot more than I paid for it but of course then I would have to buy something else at an inflated price.
Cincy is a little bit closer but 3 or 4 not much farther away. They used to be my team until I got fed up with their cheapness, I still like them better than many other teams though.
