With the way things are looking at UPS I wouldn't see any chance of making a 30 year career of it. Only those getting close to retirement will stick it out. Then bring in a bunch of new guys and make it another Amazon delivery company.

He was disappointed when I started at UPS.
He wanted better for me, and that was in 2016. God knows it hasn’t improved.
With the way things are looking at UPS I wouldn't see any chance of making a 30 year career of it. Only those getting close to retirement will stick it out. Then bring in a bunch of new guys and make it another Amazon delivery company.
That’s how I see it.
I know how to play the game. But if the gravy train is gonna end, I’d prefer to be young and without kids before it happens.

That's why I paid for my kids to go to college. .I wanted them to have a good life and not work hard like I had to.
