More and more cases that used to be settled between a Union Steward, or Center Manager or even business agent and a labor manager are no longer allowed to be settled at that level.
Once you leave the local area, nobody knows you. Nobody cares about you and your case is only heard on the facts of the case. There’s very little sympathy for attendance issues.
The panels will usually give the person a “bite of the apple”. One time.... for attendance.

The site sucks. It’s ever changing and unpredictable. Tiring.
I haven't noticed too much different....quoting hasn't seemed to change that much at least for me it hasn't.
