Most definitely you can only imagine what this company would’ve been like with no Union. Probably worse than FedEx.
With no union we would make half the money and none of the benefits. I don't think anyone would put up with the way this company treats us if we weren't compensated the way we currently are. With no union they'd have no employees.

I just had a conversation with the fedex guy who was dropping off another laptop to me.
Makes 240 dollars a day, and he's been out till 7 every night. He's looking into HVAC.
