I'm shocked.
Over the last year, Massachusetts lost an astonishing $4 billion in
taxable income, with about 70 percent of that loss coming from the
state’s former top earners. Shameful that the 4% Millionaire's Tax has forced the wealthy to move away. They should have stayed here and contributed their fair share, so that the Governor could continue to give all the illegals benefits that the average citizen does not receive.
