There is one only a couple of miles from me. They had to build a new power substation there just to handle the power it needs. It is now adding a massive solar array but I seriously doubt it could ever function off the grid.
They kept it mostly secret exactly what they were building there until it was almost completed.
I was two hours north, and you can't prove otherwise.
