When they crunched the numbers they said our building would do (I forget the number) X amount of pieces per hour, the managers all laughed and said we do more than that now, why waste the time and money?

Really it’s just a management issue because these are supposed to be so much more efficient They think they can start Pre Load so much later. If anything goes wrong, the whole operation is screwed which something goes wrong every day.. if they didn’t try to be so cheap and start Pre Load so late it wouldn’t be this way.

Yep, they’ll start Pre Load an hour too late. Which ends up running into the driver start time and drivers are loading trucks at $45 an hour lol. And out later Fucking geniuses.
