75K a year and getting to see your children grow up is a far better outcome than 120K a year and getting to see them every other weekend.
With the business decisions they are making, it’s fairly easy to see that UPS is not the future unless they make significant changes.
Just a few years ago, I would say I felt like things would eventually change and get better. But every one of these buyouts have been strategically aimed to get rid of people who understood the old culture of ups.
