Exactly how I’d describe it. I heard they’re working on a new film centering on the witch, I hope they focus more on the creepiness because she was very creepy at times
i wanna talk to you more about it but don’t wanna do any spoilers, but the ending seemed to be very popular, and I do think it was good, but I would have liked it to end a little scarier rather than the tongue in cheek laughs or outright laughs, but like you said I was just expecting something else so that’s more on me
Yeah, I was expecting a classic horror flick and was a little disappointed I wasn't more scared. It was okay as a horror movie and okay as a psychological thriller but not great at either. Kinda neat to see the genres combined tho. I have no clue why there was an ar15 floating over the house in that one scene other than because the movie is called weapons? Didn't tie in at all

My biggest complaint was the title was very misleading. I didn't expect it to be an evil witch movie.

I thought the same thing about the gun, it seemed way too forced. at first I thought it was an alien spaceship and I got super excited lol, I was like “alright now here’s a cool curveball I wasn’t expecting”
btw if you want a movie about a witch that is really scary, check out Witch by Robert Eggers if you haven’t seen it yet. The accents are super heavy so I really recommend you watch it with subtitles, but I think it’s one of the scariest movies I’ve ever seen, just make sure your setting is right and you watch it in a dark quiet room lol
