8 hour requests are no good for the whole month of November. If a different center wants to honor the requests up til the 15th either out of the goodness of their heart or because they have a rookie center manager who has no clue wtf he is doing that's fine but your center certainly doesn't have to. 9.5 protection is good thru Nov 15.
