More blue vests will not solve the load quality problem. Preload is more overworked and understaffed than we are, for way less pay. Their supervisor is standing over their shoulder telling them they don't care where the package goes as long as it's in the right truck they just need to go faster all night. When you have a bad load blame management not your brothers and sisters ✊🦝
