As the business owner they get to choose not only what’s on the menu, but the presentation and the atmosphere.
It doesn’t mean it’s the prudent business decision, but it absolutely should be their call.
If they make wrong enough decisions, the free market will put them out of business, and someone else will do it differently.

I saw young children in strollers in Vegas after midnight. The kids were obviously tired. The noise, the smoke, all good though right? The parents are idiots.

There's no such federal law about bars, especially those that also serve food.
As I said before, I think the business owner should be able to do as they see fit with their business within the confines of the law.

If it's service the owner of the establishment offers (free child care) while the mother is working than absolutely they should be allowed at the strip club.
